A fun filled day with the cousins Coltie and Raelyn (Skipper), we had McDonald's for breakfast, went swimming, went to the mall to play, had an ice cream, some sour candies, and they wanted cheeseburgers from Sonic, yes, a very healthy day of eating I know! =)

Thank you everyone for coming to Ely's party, we missed those that were not able to come. We are so blessed and so loved with many friends and family. Thank you for loving our baby boy and spoiling him on his birthday. When we came home from the party we put together all the toys, cars, trucks and he was in toy heaven. We took him outside and he loved the wand bubbles, reminded me of star wars the way he was carrying around the wand. He took a bath with his beach toys and cried when it was time to get out. I'm so excited to see Ely on the beach in San Diego with his new wetsuit, swim wear, sporty outfits and sandals. He is in love with the USA beach ball! Maybe a professional beach volleyball player someday, Mamma only hopes...to travel to beaches...haha

Summer Fun Has Began

Summer has officially began today, no work and just play! Ely had his first swim lesson today and when we were walking out the door guess who got home just in time...Daddy!!! So both us took Ely to his first swim lesson and he was cracking up at us during one of the activities. It went like this:

Mamma and Daddy (M&D): If you're happy and you know it blow some bubbles (we would dip just under the water to blow bubbles)

Ely: laugh laugh laugh

M&D: If you're happy and you know it blow some bubbles

Ely: cracking up like we've never heard him

M&D and swim instructor: If you're happy and you know it then your face will surely show it, if you're happy and you know it blow some bubbles (we all dip under and blew bubbles)

Ely: dipped his entire face and cried

I had to wake Ely from his morning nap and cover him head to toe in sunscreen, I cannot get it rubbed in his hair so new hair do with sunscreen! When I put on his swimming diaper he started to clap and laugh. Can't wait for tomorrow's swim lesson. =)
